1. Service Agreement

By using Menuvju's transmission and auto repair services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Menuvju operates as an authorized service provider in Mannheim, Germany.

2. Service Scope

Services include transmission diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and related auto services. All work is performed by certified technicians at our facility located at Neckarauer Straße 178, 68199 Mannheim, Germany.

3. Payment & Pricing

• Quotations are estimates unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept standard payment methods as displayed on-site
• Prices subject to change with notice

4. Warranty & Liability

All repairs come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labor, unless otherwise documented. Menuvju is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

5. Vehicle Condition

You acknowledge your vehicle's condition at service intake. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear unrelated to our service work. Detailed inspection reports are provided upon request.

6. Data & Privacy

Personal and vehicle data are collected only for service delivery and billing. We comply with GDPR regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking. Refunds are issued for unused services only. Work in progress cannot be refunded.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved according to German law. Parties agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms with notice. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.
